Some people are experiencing a technical error in the Chrome internet browser. This issue affects users at the check out where the website repeatedly takes you back to the login section of the website.
We are working hard to fix this issue. In the meantime there is an immediate fix for you to be able to place your order now. When using Chrome open a Private or Incognito Browser window and the issue seems to go away (you can open a new Incognito browser window in Chrome by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N or by clicking on the three vertical dots in the top right hand corner of a normal chrome browser window). Then you can use the site as you normally would.

Note: you will need to select time range 'All time'
Alternatively please try Safari, EDGE or Firefox as these browser seem to be working correctly, or check out as a Guest and we can add your points etc retrospectively if you let us know that you have had to do this.
